Take a Break is the working name of a programme administered by The Family Fund Trust for Families with Severely Disabled Children, a charity registered in England under registered charity number 1053866, in Scotland under registered charity number SC040810, and a company limited by guarantee in England under registered company number 3166627. This website is offered as an information service for parents or carers raising disabled or seriously ill children or young people, and young people with a disability or serious illness themselves, and is directed solely at those who access this website from the United Kingdom.
