We welcome feedback on how your Take a Break grant has helped you as a carer, as well as the rest of your family. This is essential to providing evidence about the importance of the scheme to the Scottish Government. Please share your experience and any photos below.
You may receive an email from us in September asking you to fill out a survey. This will help by giving us information that we need to show the impact of the Take a Break grants on you and your family.
Your feedback is really useful to us. We will use it to improve our service and to report to Scottish Government the benefits that their funding has provided, and from time to time we may need to share your comments with third party research organisations to help us do this. By submitting your feedback and photos you consent to us using your feedback and photos for this purpose. Any reports compiled may quote comments that you have made, but these will be anonymous.
