When you can expect to hear from us
All applicants will hear from us by email with a grant award decision by Friday 10 July 2026. Please remember to check your junk mail regularly.
You may hear from us before this date, as we aim to make grant awards as soon as possible to support you quickly. Please do not contact us before 10 July 2026 for an update on your application, as our teams will be working hard to process grants.
What to do if you can’t apply online
Applying online through our portal is the quickest and easiest way to make an application. Online applications take less time to process, so you may receive your grant decision more quickly.
If you are not able to apply online, you can download an application pack and additional bank details form and post the completed form and supporting documents back to us. If you are unable to print an application pack, you can request for an application pack to be posted to you and should receive this within 10 working days.
Please be aware that it takes time for paper application forms to be entered onto our system, and for the grant assessment process to begin.
If you choose to apply using a paper application form, please make sure you post it back to us in good time. Any applications received after 22 June 2026 cannot be considered for a grant.
